We have found tremendous value in slowing down the engagement process. Implementing a phased engagement allows us to get to know each other and ensure a great fit. We limit the number of new clients we bring on to maintain our commitment to delivering premium service.
1. Discovery Call
During our 15-30 minutes together, it is all about you! We want to know about your business, what you need help with, and if we are a good fit for working together. If we are, we’ll move on to the paid diagnostics.
2. Diagnostics
This is where we dive deep into your books to “look under the hood” so we know exactly where to start and how to help you. Our 21-point financial checklist will tell you exactly what’s working and not working in your business. You’ll get a chance to test drive our services and gain insight into the health of your books. We’ll then meet with you again to share our findings and provide our findings report and a quote to get your books cleaned up and caught up.
3. Engagement
Once your books are in good condition, we’ll tell you what it will take each month to keep them in tip-top shape. From here, we’ll help you select a service package that is right for you and step through the formal engagement process! Now, you can rest easy and leave the work to us.
